Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review the following policy: Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text us at 219-7FACIAL (219-732-2425) at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $75 cancellation fee. No Call / No Show Clients who do not call or show up for their appointment will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
