  • NEW POLICY: To avoid appointment cancellations, ALL clients are required to have a valid credit card on file. In the event of a no call no show, or a cancellation less than 24-hours of your appointment, your card will be charged the applicable fee per the following policy.

  • New clients are required to book the New Client Facial. A $75 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. if you are not booking a facial, a $75 nonrefundable deposit is required. If the service is less than $75, a 50% deposit is required.

  • All no call no show appointments will require full payment of the service missed before any new booking can be confirmed.

  • Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 24-hours before appointment will require a $75 fee.

*This deposit is transferable for appointments rescheduled within a 24-hour period of original booking, and forfeited for no call no show, and appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours of your reservation.

 

  • ​​​No early arrivals please.

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19.

  • Wait in your car when you arrive, and text us at 484-754-6227 to check-in for your appointment. We will reply to let you know when you may enter the suite.

  • DO NOT:

    • WAIT IN THE WAITING AREA~ 

    • RING THE SUITE WITHOUT FIRST CHECKING IN~

    • CALL as we may not be available to answer calls during the service of a client~

 

  • Out of the courtesy of subsequent clients, if you are 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule.

 

  • Only the client being serviced is allowed in the suite.

  • Please wear your mask when you enter only to be removed when you are receiving facial services.

  • We may take your temperature immediately upon your arrival and ask you to wash your hands for 20 seconds before services are received.

  • Electronic consultation forms are sent to your email 24 hours prior to your appointment and are required to be completed prior to your arrival. If you do not receive them, please send a message to 484-754-6227.

  • You will be asked to remove your shoes upon entering the suite.

  • Any changes in price will take affect immediately and will not affect appointments booked prior to the change in pricing.

  • To help maintain product quality and services, we reserves the right to update, change, or modify prices for our services at any time and at our sole discretion without prior notice.

  • It is recommended that you try to avoid scheduling your wax appointment 5 days before and after your menstrual cycle; reschedule if your cycle starts at the time of your appointment as the discomfort of waxing is heightened during this time.

  • Grow out your hair 4-5 weeks before your appointment; it must be at least a quarter of an inch long. Do not trim hair prior to your appointment.

 

  • Exfoliate a night or two before your wax. Never exfoliate on the same day as your wax.

  • Use sunscreen in the bikini area as freshly waxed skin will be more sensitive to the sun.

  • Do not consume alcohol prior to wax appointment as it will make your blood thinner and more sensitive to discomfort.

 

  • Please perform a sanitation check. We have freshening cloths if needed prior to your wax.

  • Use your discretion when engaging in physical and sexual activity 24-hours post wax; it could irritate your skin, or cause infection due to bacteria.

  • At FSB, we use hard wax only when waxing intimate areas.
