CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by text to 219-732-2425 only. There is a $75 cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled with less than a 24 hours notice; No-shows are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the total cost of the scheduled service. The no-call no show fee for Microblading services is capped at $150; $100 fee for rescheduling with less than 24-hours notice. NO EXCEPTIONS.
