Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review the following policy: Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please text us at 219-7FACIAL (219-732-2425) at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $75 cancellation fee. No Call / No Show Clients who do not call or show up for their appointment will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we maintain the highest standards of service and courtesy for all Facially guests. Thank you for choosing our business for your luxury skincare.
